Waythrough, Forward Leeds’ Street Support Team, is seeking a Street Support Outreach Worker to engage with people experiencing homelessness and complex needs. You’ll coordinate recovery plans, deliver psychosocial support and collaborate with partners to improve outcomes.
You will provide trauma-informed, person‑centred support, help access treatment and support pathways, and work across services to reduce harm and promote housing stability. This role may require occasional unsociable hours.
