About the role...
The role is responsible for managing accommodation services, overseeing a team of Support Coordinators, and ensuring the effective delivery of services to meet the needs of those supported. You will play a key role in providing leadership, guidance, and strategic direction, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery are consistently maintained.
Key duties will include:
- Providing strategic direction and mentorship to the team of Support Coordinators.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the No Second Night Out initiative.
- Collaborating closely with partner organisations, local authorities, and service providers.
- Implementing effective strategies to identify, engage, and support individuals at risk of rough sleeping.
- Ensuring accurate data collection and reporting to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
