The role offers flexibility in your working schedule, along with training, development, and progression opportunities.
Your responsibilities include sourcing appropriate employment or education opportunities for clients, building relationships with local employers, providing person-centered advice, and supporting clients to achieve sustainable employment. You will also support clients with CV preparation, interview techniques, and maintain efficient admin systems for referrals, assessments, and reviews.
We are looking for:
- Experience in a customer-facing environment (e.g., customer service, social care, hospitality, sales, employment)
- Experience working in a performance target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the community
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle
