Waythrough in Halifax is seeking an experienced Team Manager for Calderdale Recovery Steps, our Adult Drug and Alcohol Service. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred support and ensure service standards and KPIs are met.
The role includes coaching, performance management, safeguarding and reporting, with occasional caseload responsibilities. Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, salary £31,030–£41,980 per annum.
