Waythrough is seeking an Administrator for the Housing, Health & Wellbeing Hospital Discharge Support Service in County Durham.

You’ll deliver comprehensive administrative support, manage enquiries, referrals and appointments, and maintain accurate electronic records to help prevent hospital readmissions and promote timely discharges.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work both independently and within a supportive team environment.
