We support around 125,000 people yearly across nearly 200 services, with 3,500 staff and volunteers.

Willow House in Coppull provides crisis recovery support for 3–7 days, 24-hour staffing, and a seven-bedroom facility.

The role focuses on wellbeing, independence, budgeting and service delivery, with shift patterns across early, day and late.
