About the Role

As a Casual Day Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in the safe and successful daily running of our services while working as part of a dedicated team to meet agreed service and contract targets. Our services range from 24-hour residential care with nursing to floating support provided in people's own homes. Every person we support is a unique individual, and you will help ensure they are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times.
Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.

Ensuring Safe & Effective Service Delivery
- Monitoring and assessing resident wellbeing and welfare on an ongoing basis
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care/support planning
- Ensuring services remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve service targets
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need

- Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential – we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
