About the Role
The Data Analyst (System Focus) will support the configuration and ongoing development of externally sourced systems, including SystmOne. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll ensure case management systems are optimised to support effective service delivery, clear pathways and high-quality data collection.
Key Duties
- Configure, maintain and support case management systems (including SystmOne and similar platforms)
- Act as a key systems and data contact for operational teams
- Support the data lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting
- Produce statistical reports and insights to support service delivery
- Work in line with legislation, safeguarding, policies and procedures
- Promote organisational values, equality, diversity and continuous improvement
About You
- Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience working with case management systems (e.g. SystmOne, ILLY, Halo, Theseus)
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including Maths and English
