About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Volunteer Administrator to support our team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, has good communication skills, and wants to gain valuable administration experience within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and take messages.
- Book, amend, and cancel appointments.
- Prepare and distribute information packs and resources.
- Assist with printing, filing, and general administrative tasks.
