Maintain delivery standards: documentation, decision logs, acceptance criteria, and release notes. Identify and implement efficiencies. Build strong relationships to delight clients ensuring successful renewals. Identify new upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Required experience:

  • 3-8 years in client-facing delivery: project management, client services, implementation, or account management.
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops and challenging clients to get crisp inputs and decisions.
  • Strong written communication and documentation discipline.
  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical or medical communications industry, medical education, or training/enablement delivery.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with training/field enablement concepts or simulation/learning products.
  • Experience working with regulated content workflows (e.g., MLR).
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, conversation intelligence, or AI content operations.
