Recotherm are a Redditch based swimming pool AHU manufacturer who were established 40 years ago. We supply a high-quality product to mechanical and swimming pool contractors for both the private and commercial market. Over the last few years we have experienced considerable growth and this leads us to again look to expand our team to meet demand.
The successful applicant will be required to attend head offices in Astwood Bank, Redditch, Worcestershire for meetings periodically but will be on the road based covering mainly the UK area North of the Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude with regards to working hours based around an average 40 hour week Monday β Friday and be able to multi-task when needed. In return we offer a competitive salary along with a discretionary bonus based on service department net profit, company vehicle, private health insurance, pension contribution and life insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite service/repair work.
- Attending and actively participating in Service Team meetings (quarterly).
- Reacting and dealing with customer problems in an effective and professional way onsite.
- Offering technical support over the phone at times.
- Attend regular training sessions and to keep up to date with latest technical advice and components used.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in the HVAC industry is essential.
- Knowledge of electrics is essential.
- TREND controls knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of swimming pool ventilation is advantageous.
- This role may require travelling all over the UK, so a flexible attitude to working hours is essential.
- The desire and work commitment to progress within the industry.
- Ability to adapt, have a good work ethic and perseverance to reach a resolution whilst on site sometimes under pressure.
- Great communication skills with the customer and team members.
- Self-motivation and ability to work alone at times.
- Be able to use the job management app to complete job sheets and fill in asset register (training will be given).
