The Role: We are seeking a motivated and passionate Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join our Sustainability team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in promoting and implementing recycling initiatives, across our London portfolio, helping to raise awareness and engage with clients to improve recycling rates.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on the commitments of Recorra’s ‘Sustainability Strategies’ created for our clients
- Carry out behaviour change activities such as recycling improvement strategies, awareness days and community volunteering
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate and inspire individuals and groups on sustainable waste management practices
- Collaborate internally to create engaging content to reach a wider audience and encourage participation
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive recycling initiatives
About you:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence diverse audiences
- A confident approach to presenting, with the ability to present in a variety of workshops, presentations and seminars
- Good organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- An eye for creating presentations through Microsoft and Canva
