Threat Intelligence Response Analyst

b Overview /b p In this role, you will act as a skilled intelligence analyst within Recorded Future’s Managed Services Group, delivering high-quality security outcomes for a diverse client portfolio. You’ll triage alerts, provide actionable threat insights, and collaborate with services and product teams to strengthen client environments. The position blends independent work with cross-functional teamwork in a fast-growing security services practice. You will help customers understand and mitigate adversary activity, shaping proactive threat response at scale. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Triaging alerts for a portfolio of cross-industry clients /li li Providing threat insight to help customers mitigate cyber threats /li li Collaborating with Services and Product teams to ensure service success /li li Handling ad-hoc research and investigations from Managed Services customers /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Practical experience in threat intelligence, incident response, or security monitoring /li li Solid understanding of OSINT techniques and their use in phishing, credential harvesting, domain monitoring, dark web monitoring, and threat actor profiling /li li Working knowledge of DNS, HTTP, email infrastructure, web hosting, and malware delivery mechanisms /li li Ability to communicate actionable intelligence to technical and non-technical stakeholders /li li Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions /li li CompTIA Security+ certification completed or in progress (preferred) /li li Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Notion, and Zendesk is a plus /li /ul ul li Self-starter /li li Independent yet collaborative /li li Reliable, team-oriented /li li Threat intelligence /li li Incident response /li li Security monitoring /li /ul
