- We're looking for an experienced
- Product Manager to lead our
Threat Intelligence Analytics domain - the foundation that powers Recorded Future's intelligence platform. This role focuses on the collection, transformation, and analysis of global threat data across technical signals - ensuring the intelligence we deliver to customers is comprehensive, timely, and accurate.
You’ll own the product strategy and roadmap for our intelligence data pipelines and analytics framework, working across multiple technical product teams.
You'll be responsible for defining priorities, driving alignment, and ensuring our backend data systems deliver measurable value.
This is a high-impact role for a technically fluent, strategic product manager who thrives on building data systems that scale, integrate, and continuously improve.
What You'll Do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the intelligence data lifecycle - from collection through transformation, enrichment, and analytics.
- Align and prioritize across multiple backend teams, balancing platform scalability with intelligence impact.
- Define and track key data quality metrics, including coverage, freshness, accuracy, enrichment value, and signal-to-noise ratio.
- Translate intelligence needs into technical requirements for data scientists, ML engineers, and pipeline developers.
- Collaborate with Threat Intelligence and engineering leadership to identify and deliver high-impact data and analytics capabilities.
- Prioritize ingestion and analysis improvements that most enhance downstream products such as entity risk scoring, malware intelligence, and attack surface correlation.
- Partner with platform and data infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, observable, and efficient analytics frameworks at scale.
- Represent the data layer in cross-functional planning and ensure alignment with UI, integrations, and customer-facing initiatives.
- Establish data quality frameworks and observability standards to ensure transparency and trust in intelligence outputs.
- Champion innovation in threat intelligence data collection and analysis, exploring emerging approaches in multimodal analytics and LLM-driven extraction.
What You'll Bring
- Data-Driven Product Thinker with experience managing large-scale data or analytics systems.
- Strong Technical Acumen, able to engage with data pipelines, ML workflows, and backend architecture.
- Experienced Cross-Team Leader, skilled at aligning multiple engineering and data teams around shared goals.
- Familiar with Threat Intelligence or Cyber Data Domains, including structured and unstructured sources such as text, imagery, and network telemetry.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, and Data Analytics, particularly as applied to extraction, classification, or clustering.
- Strategic Prioritizer who can focus limited resources on the most impactful initiatives.
- Excellent Communicator with the ability to bridge technical and strategic discussions across teams.
- Customer-Oriented Mindset, understanding how backend data decisions translate into intelligence quality and customer value.
- Outcome-Oriented, pragmatic, and comfortable driving progress in complex, technical environments.
- Experience: 6+ years in product management or technical program management, ideally within cybersecurity, AI/ML, or large-scale data products.
