  • Process Optimization Redesign core GTM processes, including lead qualification, opportunity management, and sales execution, to drive higher conversion rates and improved sales velocity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with leaders across the business to ensure alignment and successful delivery of GTM initiatives. Influence without authority and coordinate prioritization and resourcing across multiple functions.
  • Program & Change Management Manage the full lifecycle of GTM programs, from scoping and planning to execution, adoption, and iteration, while embedding change management best practices.
  • Operational Excellence Establish governance models, operating cadences, and dashboards to drive execution rigor, transparency, and continuous improvement across GTM functions.
  • Executive Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic insights, progress updates, and data-backed recommendations that influence key business decisions.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales enablement, or program management within SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs that drive measurable improvements in sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, lead-to-revenue processes, and pipeline management.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, Outreach and sales productivity tools.
  • Exceptional program and project management skills, with a keen eye for process design and execution excellence.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic goals into operational execution.
  • Outstanding communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach with strong grasp of KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement.

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with emerging GTM technologies and revenue operations trends.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action and a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.
  • Confident in navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • PMP certification or Agile experience is a plus.
