The Vice President of Operational Strategy and Performance Improvement is responsible for driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable performance across all go-to-market (GTM) functions. This role partners closely with senior leadership, including the Head of Strategy and CEO, to design and implement the company's overarching performance framework, operational improvements, and key strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of operational improvement initiatives across GTM, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product organizations to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage dashboards, performance tracking systems, and accountability frameworks to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with functional leaders to implement sustainable changes aligned with corporate strategy and business goals.
- Collaborate with the Head of Strategy and CEO to design, implement, and track company-wide OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Support the Chief Strategy Officer in defining and executing key strategic initiatives that shape the company's long‑term direction and competitive positioning.
- Serve as a thought partner in M&A strategy development, including target identification, strategic rationale, and integration planning.
- Transform and scale the Mastercard cross‑sell program, focusing on the design and implementation of incentives, enablement programs, and GTM strategies that drive joint success.
- Partner with Mastercard and Recorded Future executive management to establish transparency, operational alignment, and accountability across joint initiatives.
- Engage directly with executive leadership from Mastercard's top issuer customers to ensure the right engagement model between commercial teams, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Act as a key advisor to the Chief Strategy Officer and other executives on operational design, process optimization, and strategic execution.
- Foster a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and operational discipline across all departments.
- Champion cross‑functional collaboration to align corporate objectives, resources, and performance measurement.
