2026 marks Recordati's 100th year. From a family‑run pharmacy in Correggio, Italy in the 1920s, we have grown into an international pharmaceutical company listed on the Italian stock exchange, with over 4,300 employees serving patients in around 150 countries. Our Specialty & Primary Care (SPC) business brings prescription and self‑medication treatments to millions of people living with common diseases across cardiovascular, urological and gastrointestinal therapy areas.

In the UK and Ireland, SPC is a growing, agile commercial business with a portfolio that spans established primary care brands and high‑profile specialty launches. Cardiovascular and urology sit at the heart of that portfolio, with a first‑in‑class cardiovascular therapy at an important inflection point, and a newly launching specialty urology brand looking to gain real momentum with prescribers and commissioners.

This cross‑portfolio marketing role, working across our cardiovascular and urology brands, reports into our Senior Marketing Manager. You will take clear ownership of a defined set of campaigns and workstreams, share responsibility for others, and deputise seamlessly for colleagues when needed. You'll get great career development and genuine breadth – two therapy areas, two distinct customer landscapes, and a live launch alongside an inflecting specialty brand, with the structure and senior support to do the role well.

You will shape campaigns, own workstreams end‑to‑end, and work directly with a close‑knit commercial team. You'll partner with an experienced field team across primary and secondary care, a strong medical and market access function, and European marketing colleagues driving the global brand strategies.

We're looking for a marketer who is proactive, can work on their own initiative, be commercially curious, scientifically confident and energised by working across more than one therapy area. You'll be someone who takes clear ownership of their own campaigns, collaborates naturally on shared ones, and steps in confidently for colleagues when the team needs it. Recordati is proud to support flexible working. This role will require on‑site working at our Hemel Hempstead office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the execution and delivery of approved marketing strategies and tactical plans for the uro‑oncology and cardiovascular brands across the UK and Ireland. The role translates strategic direction into high‑quality campaigns, materials and congress activity, working cross‑functionally to ensure effective, timely and compliant implementation.

Tactical Delivery & Execution
  • Execute marketing tactics in line with approved brand strategies, plans and messaging frameworks
  • Develop high‑quality promotional and non‑promotional materials to support effective customer engagement
  • Lead the end‑to‑end operational delivery of congresses and conferences, including logistics and on‑site execution
Planning & Performance
  • Manage and track day‑to‑day campaign budgets and agency spend, ensuring accurate reporting, budget control, and alignment with financial targets
Field & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers and field teams to ensure effective roll‑out of campaigns and materials
  • Maintain regular engagement with cross‑functional teams to support coordinated execution
  • Capture field feedback and insights to support ongoing optimisation
  • Implement digital and omnichannel activities as defined within the brand plan
  • Support the effective use of customer engagement platforms and tools to maximise campaign delivery
  • Translate the omnichannel and digital strategy into a specific tactical channel plan
Agency & Compliance Management
  • Manage day‑to‑day relationships with external creative and marketing agencies
  • Ensure all materials and activities are delivered compliantly in line with ABPI and IPHA Codes of Practice
  • Support approval processes with the Sales and Marketing Director to ensure timely and compliant execution
