What you would do as our Regional Sales Manager (South England)
As our Regional Sales Manager you will drive the growth of the HKC portfolio across your territory by developing and executing effective sales strategies that increase revenue and expand our customer base. You will be responsible for achieving net sales targets, generating new business, and delivering account activities on time and within budget. A key part of the role includes building strong customer loyalty while proactively gathering market intelligence to shape future sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
You would also:
- Plan and implement the territory sales strategy in alignment with HKC Sales leadership to drive business growth.
- Manage, develop and motivate key accounts while acquiring new installers and securing new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and year to date sales targets through consistent prospecting and timely follow up on all enquiries.
- Gather and report market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Support installers with sales training, product demonstrations, and participation in events, exhibitions and other promotional activities.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong relationship‑building skills and a proven track record of meeting sales objectives in a results‑driven B2B environment.
- Demonstrable sales success, including achieving targets, delivering growth and maintaining high levels of call activity.
- Strong understanding of trade and B2B markets, with desirable (but not essential) knowledge of electronic intruder systems and construction procurement.
- Experience working with electronic security systems and developing both internal and external commercial relationships.
- A background in a commercially focused environment, with the ability to understand customer buying habits and adapt to market trends.
