RecOps is partnered with a leading consultancy to support an AI/Machine Learning project for one of their end clients in the insurance sector. This role is up to £500 per day, inside IR35.

Key Skills required:

  • Strong commercial experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, AI Engineer or Python-focused ML Engineer.
  • Excellent Python skills, including OOP, async programming, design patterns, decorators and writing clean, maintainable code.
  • Experience building, testing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and GenAI.
  • Understanding of LLM security and reliability.
  • Experience with testing (ideally using pytest), MLOps, CI/CD, model versioning and monitoring.
  • Experience with cloud platforms; Docker and Kubernetes.
