We're recruiting for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a large-scale digital transformation programme, delivering high-quality, scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative engineering team where you'll have the autonomy to design, develop and enhance enterprise-grade ServiceNow capabilities while following best practice and avoiding unnecessary technical debt.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and enhance capabilities including ITSM, CSM, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Portals, ITOM and integrations
- Build reusable, scalable solutions using out-of-the-box functionality wherever possible
- Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with architects to ensure technical standards are maintained
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimise existing functionality
- Produce clean, maintainable and well-documented code
Essential Skills
- Eligible SC Clearance
- Strong commercial ServiceNow development experience
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules
- Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer etc.)
- Strong API and integration experience
- Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow data structures
- Experience delivering complex solutions with minimal supervision
- Strong focus on quality, maintainability and best practice
Desirable
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with ServiceNow Data Foundations
Contract Details
- £475 per day
- Inside IR35
- Initial 3-month rolling contract
