As a Senior Healthcare Assistant at Tulipa HouseCare Home, you’ll assist residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship as well as providing leadership to your team. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Every day will be different; a day‑to‑day routine could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensure we meet that person‑centred‑care expectation. Responsibilities

To join us you’ll need to have some experience of caring for older people. You must have a can‑do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm‑hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you’ll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents. We are seeking Senior Healthcare assistants both days and nights; flexible hours can be discussed.

  • Supervisory Experience: 1 Year
  • Valid NVQ 2/3 in Health & Social Care
  • NVQ 3 desired for this role or working towards it but not essential.
