The Registered Nurse, holding a valid NMC Pin, will be responsible for providing high‑quality nursing care to residents of the nursing home. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care
- Provide and supervise high‑quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of residents, including care planning, assessments, and reviews.

- Leadership and Supervision

- Assist with the orientation and mentorship of newly appointed care staff and provide ongoing training as required.
- Act as the shift lead when required, ensuring the smooth running of the unit and that resident care is maintained at all times.

- Participate in audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.

- Communication and Teamwork

Qualifications and Skills
