Job Brief:
We’re looking for confident, friendly Call Centre Advisors to join our client, a leading Call Centre in the heart of Sheffield.
In this role you’ll be calling customers to see if they would be interested in having a free smart meter installed. This is at no cost to the customer as it’s a government backed scheme.
In the current climate when everyone is watching the cost of living, this is an excellent tool for members of the public to help them reduce their living costs, and it’s free!
You’re not ‘selling’ anything, but you will need to be able to explain the features and benefits of having a smart meter, with the aim of showing the customers how beneficial it will be to them.
