Job Overview
AI Forge is the largest AI Incubator in the UK and plans to expand to new overseas cities in 2025. We run three Cohorts per year and secure Pre-Seed funding for around 45 companies each year.
We are seeking a highly experienced mentor to support AI tech entrepreneurs in London. The role involves conducting face-to-face 121's, with around 20 entrepreneurs weekly, for 25 days per cohort, three times a year.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored mentorship to tech entrepreneurs, focusing on assessing the viability of their business ideas, through an initial 'Stress Test' meeting.
- Help entrepreneurs brainstorm and pivot their ideas if necessary.
- Ensure they remain on track with their deliverables through constructive feedback.
- Stay current with AI tech industry trends to provide relevant guidance.
- Support entrepreneurs in building sustainable and scalable businesses.
Qualifications
- Experience of having successfully started, scaled and exited a tech start-up.
- Proven track record of successfully guiding entrepreneurs from ideation to execution.
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of the metrics to assess business viability.
- Fit in with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who are not afraid to 'call the baby ugly'.
- Ability to work on-site in London for the required duration.
