Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Field Engineer to join our clients' team in the Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems.

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to clients
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in 3rd Line IT support
- Previous Field experience is essential
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Configure and implement cyber essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory)
- Office 365 Cloud (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) (mandatory)
- Network Infrastructure maintenance and installations (Routers, Switches, AP’s, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Firewalls, VLAN’s)
- Azure administration and implementations
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle (mandatory)

The company has a BYOD (bring your own device) policy and requires all staff to have a minimum of:
- Windows 11
- 12 GB Ram minimum
- SSD 256GB minimum
- Generation, depending on processor family:
