We are searching for a motivated, dynamic and personable Business Administrator to join a leading healthcare comms agency based in Central London. This is a 12 month FTC to cover maternity leave, and would suit a returner to work with previous corporate experience and an excellent grasp of Microsoft Office. The new Business Administrator will report directly to the Admin Manager, and will need to be autonomous and hit the ground running. This role can either be part time 4 days p/w or full time.
Responsibilities:
- Support and report into the Admin Manager with business wide admin tasks where necessary
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
- Compile and deliver onboarding schedules for new starters
- Proactively manage diaries for assigned Senior Leaders
- Arrange and coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel, including visa applications, flights, hotel bookings and expense reimbursement
- Manage, log, and track invoices and coordinate internally and with third parties
- Complete accurate data entry into internal management information systems
- Organise team events and birthday cards for team members
- Create PowerPoint presentations when required
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of the office, meeting rooms, and kitchen
- Uphold the client’s company values at all times
Experience:
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- At least 2 years previous corporate office experience
