Your Role As The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician: As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you’ll travel across the UK, handling essential repair and maintenance tasks for commercial properties. From plumbing repairs to electrical tasks, your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of facilities while representing the company with professionalism and pride. Key Responsibilities: – Perform general building repairs and maintenance tasks. – Conduct basic carpentry work, including door adjustments, locks, and fitting notice boards. – Handle plumbing repairs such as sinks, pipework, and occasional sanitary ware replacements. – Manage electrical tasks like changing lamps and replacing light fittings. – Conduct PAT testing and emergency lighting testing. – Maintain a stock of spare parts and ensure work areas are clean and organised. – Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues. – Collaborate with the team to support broader business needs.
