Role: Children’s Home Registered Manager
Location: Pudsey, West Yorkshire
Full-time | Permanent
The Role
As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the home to deliver high standards of care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and/or learning disabilities (LD). This is an exciting opportunity to join a provider that genuinely invests in quality and development.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
· Full operational management of one, three bedroom home in Pudsey, West Yorkshire
· Ensure home is fully compliant with Ofsted and regulatory standards
· Lead and develop a strong, child-focused staff team
· Oversee person-centred care plans and safeguarding procedures
· Maintain effective relationships with external agencies, families, and professionals
· Drive continuous quality improvement across the service
What We’re Looking For:
· At least 2 years’ experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role in children’s residential care
· NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
· Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and quality standards
· Confident, resilient leadership style with excellent people skills
· Passionate about delivering therapeutic, trauma-informed care

We’re partnered with an established children’s residential care provider in their search for a dedicated Registered Manager for their three-bedroom home in Pudsey, West Yorkshire. A beautiful property designed carefully to provide a nurturing home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
