The Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate Patient Services Manager to lead the delivery of all patient-facing services. This is a key leadership role ensuring a seamless, compassionate, and compliant patient experience. You’ll manage the in-patient team, oversee daily service operations, and contribute to strategic planning and service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day patient-facing operations
- Lead, support, and develop the in-patient services team
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Implement process improvements and support strategic initiatives
