Are you passionate about sustainability and operational excellence? Reconomy Connect is looking for a dynamic and experienced Waste Operations / Contract Manager to lead waste and recycling services across one of our clients sites. You’ll be the key link between site operations, client stakeholders, and Reconomy’s internal teams – ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-performing waste management services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day waste operations across multiple sites.
- Building strong relationships with the clients stakeholders.
- Driving recycling performance and identifying service improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations.
- Analysing and reporting monthly performance data.
- Coordinating with Reconomy’s customer service and supply chain teams.
- Supporting the delivery of added-value services and sustainability goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in waste management or environmental services.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- A team player with excellent business acumen and customer focus.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Operational leadership.
