Are you passionate about sustainability and operational excellence? Reconomy Connect is looking for a dynamic and experienced Waste Operations / Contract Manager to lead waste and recycling services across one of our clients sites. You’ll be the key link between site operations, client stakeholders, and Reconomy’s internal teams – ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-performing waste management services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day waste operations across multiple sites.
  • Building strong relationships with the clients stakeholders.
  • Driving recycling performance and identifying service improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations.
  • Analysing and reporting monthly performance data.
  • Coordinating with Reconomy’s customer service and supply chain teams.
  • Supporting the delivery of added-value services and sustainability goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in waste management or environmental services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A team player with excellent business acumen and customer focus.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Operational leadership.
