About The Role
As Operations and Mobilisation Executive, you will drive the business forward by working with the Operations and Mobilisation team and building relationships with stakeholders. You will negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates, support the bid process with Sales and Account Management, review and sign Service Level Agreements and, manage workload to complete projects on time, and mobilise new business while demobilising lost business in coordination with teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive business forward by collaborating with the Operations and Mobilisation team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders using effective verbal communication.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates that improve profit margin and retain long‑term customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to deliver compliant, competitive bids aligned with customer objectives.
- Review and sign all Service Level Agreements and contracts issued by the Mobilisation & Operations Manager.
- Manage workload to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Mobilise new business and demobilise lost business, coordinating implementation or removal of services.
Qualifications
- Confidence in phone and email communication.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with quick learning aptitude.
Working Hours
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Office‑based role at our Telford or Newark office.
- Fixed‑term for 12 months.
