As part of the Valpak HR team, you will have responsibility for day-to-day Recruitment processes providing direct support to the wider team. This will be a varied and fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and a team player, willing to use their own initiative to support the wider team. You need to be able to add value at all stages of the Recruitment process, driving change and ultimately delivering results to multiple stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:- Liaising with candidates & hiring managers about prospective candidates
- Ensuring all feedback is given in a timely manner
- Apply best practice at all stages of the recruitment process
- Engage with active & passive talent
- Pre-screen candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person interviews
- Coordinate the interview calendar across all roles
- Maintain the applicant tracking system to keep all records up to date
- Utilise various channels (e.g. social platforms & professional networks)
- Work with the wider People team across Reconomy to anticipate future talent needs
- Support in the monthly data reporting for the Talent Acquisition team
- Participate in ad hoc team projects
- Self-reliant and able to work under pressure
- Strong organisational skills
- Accurate with particular attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Competency to multitask, prioritise and manage own workload, meet deadlines and deliver outstanding candidate experience
- Polite and professional at all times
