Job Summary
As a People Partner, you’ll work closely with leaders and employees in the Recycle loop to drive our people strategy and support a culture of excellence. This is a strategic role where you’ll focus on fostering engagement, enhancing performance, and delivering initiatives that align with our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to deliver people-focused strategies that align with our business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives.
- Champion employee engagement and well-being, fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
- Lead projects that enhance our HR processes and support our growth ambitions.
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
- A proactive and innovative mindset to solve problems and drive change.
- CIPD Level 5.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- This role requires regular travel between our UK offices, so flexibility and willingness to stay overnight when needed are essential.
