About The Role
Joining our small and supportive team as an Administrator, you will play a key role in collecting, processing, and maintaining data relating to our customers’ waste compliance obligations. This will involve collating information accurately onto our internal systems and liaising with suppliers to obtain relevant documentation and supporting information. You will ensure that supplier details and customer requirements are kept up to date at all times. The role will also provide administrative support to our Hire side of the business, including:
- Managing live hire reports, checking for accuracy and querying any issues
- Chasing collections and following up where required
- Processing claims for lost or damaged equipment with both customers and suppliers
- Processing equipment kept on hire
- Handling failed deliveries
- Accurately logging delivery and collection notes
Using in-house systems, you will input, review, and analyse information, regularly using Microsoft Excel to check the accuracy of data extracted from the waste portal and other operational systems. This role would suit someone comfortable working with data, who enjoys maintaining high standards of accuracy and providing excellent customer service when dealing with both customers and suppliers. This position is part-time (25 hours per week) 9am to 2pm.

- Confidence using MS Excel and working with data to ensure accuracy
