About the role
To realise our year-on-year ambitious growth plans we are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to focus on accelerating the growth of our customer base. This pivotal role will focus on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities through proactive customer acquisition. You will play a critical role in nurturing and managing relationships during the initial stages of engagement with Reconomy Connect - Bristol. You will benefit from access to our comprehensive prospect database, along with the support of our established online presence and lead-generation system. As you demonstrate your expertise and understanding of the market, select existing accounts will be transitioned to you to further drive growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving new business sales targets.
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Engaging with key decision-makers to effectively communicate the Reconomy Connect value proposition.
- Utilising internal CRM and systems to manage data and track performance.
- Monitoring conversion rates to drive sales effectiveness.
- Identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Cultivating and strengthening relationships with key account stakeholders.
- Coordinating and overseeing the mobilisation of new sites.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As we're based in the Tobacco Factory, Bristol (BS3 1TF), you'll need to be able to commute to our office on a daily basis.
