About The Role
We’re looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our Recycling Loop, covering the South West of England and Wales. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing corporate customer partnerships within the Housebuilding, Construction and Infrastructure sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing existing client accounts.
- Developing new customer relationships across your region.
- Helping clients reduce waste, improve environmental impact and see waste as a resource.
- Influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels to drive revenue growth.
What We Need From You
- Proven experience managing high‑value customer accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- A tenacious, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for sustainability.
- Experience in Waste Management or Housebuilding, Construction, Infrastructure sectors.
- Based in the South West M4/M5 corridor.
- A full UK driving licence.
