As a Sales and Service Coordinator in the Reconomy Trade team, you’ll be a key point of contact for our small‑to‑medium enterprise trade customers, delivering quick, friendly and efficient service every day.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Handling 35–40 inbound calls per day.
- Processing multiple orders accurately.
- Handling email enquiries and responding promptly.
- Chasing up ETAs and keeping customers updated.
- Resolving on‑site service issues, such as access problems.
- Working collaboratively with your team of 18, asking questions and learning as you go.
- Developing your understanding of the waste industry and company systems.
You’ll have consistent support from your team, so you’ll never feel stuck or unsure.
