We’re now looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a high-profile manufacturing client, driving performance, innovation, and long-term partnership value. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday on-site across our Dagenham location, with occasional travel to our Dunton location. The salary for this role is £35,000 – £40,000, depending on experience, plus a company car and benefits.

You’ll be joining a team where career growth is actively supported, with clear progression pathways and opportunities to expand your experience over time. This is more than account management — you’ll own and evolve a strategic client relationship.

  • Lead a flagship client account — ensuring retention, growth, and commercial performance
  • Own service delivery performance, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance
  • Spot growth opportunities and introduce new solutions that add value
  • Analyse data & MI to drive better decision-making and client insight
  • Continuous service optimisation
  • High retention and growth within the account

Experience in account management, contracts, or operational delivery is required, along with exposure to waste management and a solid understanding of this background. Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability are essential, as well as being comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance insights. A full UK driving licence is also necessary.
