This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday on-site across our Dagenham primarily with occasional travel to our Dunton location. The salary for this role is £35,000 – £40,000, depending on experience, plus a company car and benefits. This opportunity has arisen due to internal progression, reflecting our strong commitment to developing and advancing our people. What you’ll be doing:
- Own and evolve a strategic client relationship.
- Lead a flagship client account — ensuring retention, growth, and commercial performance.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across site, operational and leadership levels.
- Identify and deliver cost-saving & sustainability improvements across the estate.
- Own service delivery performance, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Spot growth opportunities and introduce new solutions that add value.
- Analyse data & MI to drive better decision-making and client insight.
- Manage on-site teams and suppliers, ensuring high standards are achieved.
- Resolve issues proactively and maintain a seamless client experience.
