About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with our UK-wide partner network through clear, confident communication.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries with care and precision, using Salesforce to track and deliver outstanding service.
- Take ownership of your workload, supported by regular one-to-ones with your manager.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and deliver best-in-class waste solutions.
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
- Use your growing industry knowledge to offer bespoke solutions that meet client needs without compromising on service or sustainability.
What We Need From You
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
- A proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to take initiative.
- Confidence and professionalism in handling complaints effectively.
- Excellent time management skills, especially in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working towards deadlines, targets, and KPIs.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Additional Job Information
Full-time, office-based in Newark. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Saturday and Bank Holiday working required on a rota basis.
