Recon recruitment are currently recruiting reliable van drivers for our client in the Holbrook industrial estate near Crystal Peaks. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the correct candidate.
Your role as a van driver will be to safely deliver vegetables as required. Depending on the size of the deliveries that day, you could have 1 - 15 drops per day. Normal starts will be around 0400, so a willingness to start early is crucial for the role.
You will be required to load the van prior to going out on your run. You will be delivering vegetables to stores and restaurants, so you may be required to assist with the offload, so you must be physically fit.
Previous experience of delivery driving is essential to the role. You must have:
- Valid driving licence
- No more than 6 points
- Safety boots & hi vis
