Salary: £140,000 - £175,000 p/a + Benefits

Background: I am currently representing an organisation looking to increase and expand its existing major programmes ability by hiring a Senior Director to support across multi-£bn projects. This role can be based out of most UK cities but will require travel within the UK each week typically supporting a certain project (and location) for a few months at a time.

Role: Within this role you will be Project focused, helping establish and deliver Project Controls processes and functions within large scale infrastructure and utilities projects at a senior level, often overseeing teams in excess of 100 staff. You will have authority to grow project teams and process as you see fit in order to establish best practice in some of the UK’s most significant projects.

Required Expertise:

  • Demonstrable Project Controls experience across large scale programmes
  • Ability to grow and support leaders within multi-disciplined project controls functions
  • Strong stakeholder management ability
