Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Manage project budgets and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor and report on project progress and any variations from the scheduled plan.
• Negotiate contracts and manage contractor performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically in civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Professional membership with recognized surveying organizations is a plus.
