Key Responsibilities

  • External Focus: Represent the tax solutions to global companies, identifying process issues and supporting the sales team in developing proposals and business cases.
  • Solution Demonstrations: Lead presentations, aligning solutions to customer needs and communicating value propositions through various channels.
  • Client Experience: Foster trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders to ensure customer excellence throughout the sales cycle.
  • Internal Collaboration: Be a product expert, working closely with teams to ensure stakeholders are informed about product developments. Support sales teams with technical resources, product updates, and training. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to drive new opportunities and identify industry trends.

Essentials

  • Extensive experience as a Solutions Consultant Indirect Tax, VAT consulting at an accounting firm or within multi-nationals with ‘hands on’ Tax & Accounting experience.
  • Orientated in indirect tax complex supply chain transactions (multi-party).
  • Understanding of the VAT implications in the above.
  • Knowledge of the Indirect AP & AR processes driving that downstream compliance process, in addition to the typical filing obligations required to be performed.
  • Dynamic presenter with negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mind with strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree and professional qualification in accounting or tax (an advantage).
