A Global Key Account Director with a history of developing $2m+ ARR clients into 8-figure clients. The role will handle Financial Services clients (75%) and Pharma (25%) at a circa Fortune 500 level. This is a Global Business Services Software provider, a major brand.
This is a Global Key Account Director role as part of an elite team that will handle 50 top global accounts (US & EMEA) with high visibility. A major global brand within Business Services (Tax, Cross Border Transactions, Risk & Legal SaaS).
Responsibilities- Co-ordinate the vision for each account, owning around 8 major accounts and managing internal and external stakeholders in a heavy matrix environment without formal authority.
- Partner with the following teams: Product-Domain Sales Specialists, Customer Success (working directly with two per industry vertical), Product Teams, and Executive Leadership.
- Handle strategic execution of Account Planning, while being able to manage low-level escalations (e.g., billing) when called upon.
- Global Key Account Manager / Director with strategic relationship building experience with Fortune 500 companies.
- Executive presence and ability to act as the voice of the client’s executive.
- Strong sense of risk regarding potential renewal issues.
- Exceptional matrix influencing skills in a complex organization.
- Ruthless prioritization, managing numerous simultaneous engagements.
- Core land & expand experience, recognising and developing cross-sell/upsell opportunities for heavily complex B2B SaaS products within $2m ARR accounts to grow to 8 figures.
- Expansion mindset on all renewals.
- Global Strategic Key Accounts Manager / Director.
- High‑energy executive presence with global SaaS experience (not purely services).
- Hunter strategic mindset, consistently driving growth and renewals.
- Experience growing multi‑million‑dollar accounts by similar multiples.
- Selling to banks and pharma.
- Domain experience selling Global Tax, e‑invoicing, Legal or Risk SaaS.
Salary: £100k – £120k, OTE up to £200k. 12% pension uncapped variable with accelerators. Hybrid role in London – some flexibility on all aspects.
