A global Tax SaaS leader backed by a Top 20 Private Equity firm, with aggressive $bn growth plans. The business has a strong international footprint and serves complex, multi-entity organisations across EMEA with a full suite of tax automation, compliance, and reporting solutions.
We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join the Account Management team and make a significant contribution to regional revenue growth.
You will own a portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell across a comprehensive Tax SaaS suite including:
- Tax Reporting & Tax Returns
- Tax Research
Working closely with Customer Success, you will build deep knowledge of your customers’ businesses and deliver a best-in-class client experience while expanding revenue.
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts
- Build relationships across organisations up to executive level
- Develop and execute account and territory plans
- Generate leads within existing accounts through campaigns and networking
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and risk analysis via Salesforce
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
- Partner closely with Customer Success to drive retention and expansion
Proven quota-carrying Account Management experience in Fintech / SaaS with a strong track record of upsell & cross-sell within named accounts. Experience selling into the Office of the CFO / Finance stakeholders with a strategic, consultative sales approach.
Strong relationship management and retention experience, along with territory and account planning discipline. Experience working cross-functionally (Customer Success, Sales, Partners) is essential.
Knowledge of Indirect Tax / VAT / Tax SaaS is preferred, as well as a background in industries such as retail, software, logistics, finance, or tax. Multilingual skills (German, French, Italian, Spanish advantageous).
Training & Development includes AI-enabled training and guided learning, as well as in-office coaching and development.
Bonus eligibility includes private medical, life & disability insurance, paid time off & parental leave.
