We are looking for a Global Key Account Director with a history of developing SaaS contracts at $2m + ARR clients into bigger, 8-figure clients. The role will handle Financial Services clients (75%) and Pharma (25%) at circa Fortune500 level, requiring deep SaaS solutions understanding and experience.
The role will co-ordinate the vision for each account, owning around 8 major accounts, managing internal and external stakeholders in a heavy matrix environment without formal authority.
Orchestrating:
- Partner Teams
- Product-Domain Sales Specialists
- Customer Success (working directly with two per industry vertical)
- Product Teams
- Exec Leadership
You’ll have the ability to handle strategic execution of Account Planning, whilst being able to handle low-level escalations (e.g. billing) where necessary / if called upon.
