Reports to: Chief Experience Officer for global playbook alignment

Location: Amsterdam or London

About the Role

Build and lead our European Brand Management function for an International Amazon Accelerator (exclusive 3P seller for premium international brands) that buys inventory and sells it under our seller accounts. You will own partner brand performance across catalogue, pricing, content, retail operations and retail-aware advertising. Establish the operating rhythm, and standardize EU playbooks with the US Brand Management organization to deliver profitable, scalable growth. This role is for someone who excels at digesting and sharing sales data, thrives on building long-lasting relationships within companies and wants to make an impact to the bottom line every day.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the executive point of contact for a portfolio of partner brands; build senior relationships and manage SLAs.
  • Lead day-to-day brand management across catalogue, pricing, content and advertising by coordinating Catalog(ue) Management, Operations/Brand Protection, Creative and Ad Ops.
  • Analyze performance weekly (sales pace, inventory, advertising efficiency, retail readiness); forecast and translate insights into clear actions for partners and internal leadership.
  • Onboard new partners and manage early execution: catalogue intake, first POs, FBA flow and forward inventory planning.
  • Drive governance across the region: pricing integrity, channel hygiene and escalation of grey-market/unauthorized seller issues.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics/S&OP, Creative, Compliance and Finance to protect margin and working capital.
  • Own process and tooling: document SOPs, champion continuous improvement, and share best practice with US counterparts.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years Amazon brand/retail management (3P/1P), with proven experience working in Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Proven P&L/VC% ownership; pricing/promo governance; experience reducing unauthorized sellers.
  • Strong EU know-how: VAT, variations, compliance; cross-border trading experience.
  • Excellent communicator; able to influence internally and with brand executives; crisp written English. Other EU languages a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or EU.
  • Experience managing multiple external client or vendor relationships while driving strategy.

Preferred Skills

  • Beauty/Health & Wellness/CPG experience, especially with subscription or high repeat dynamics.
  • Seller Central mastery; comfortable with flat files, cases and catalogue troubleshooting.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Domo.
  • Understanding of other marketplace channels in Europe.
  • Able to multitask, operating efficiently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment while also working towards clarity and solutions.
