Our client is a growing B2B MarTech SaaS company that helps global organisations build trust and reach through employee advocacy and executive influence on social media.
As Demand Generation Executive, you’ll help turn campaign plans into high-quality inbound enquiries and qualified sales opportunities. Reporting to the Demand Generation Lead, you’ll focus on campaign delivery, email automation and accurate CRM data in HubSpot.
Your initial focus will be email campaigns, nurture journeys and HubSpot operations, with increasing involvement in webinars, events and new digital channels. You’ll have support to deepen your technical skills and take on more responsibility as the marketing function grows.
What you’ll do
- Build and improve email campaigns and automated nurture journeys in HubSpot, including audience segmentation, behavioural triggers, personalisation and A/B testing.
- Keep CRM data accurate through well-maintained contact properties, lifecycle stages, lists and imports. Use workflows to reduce manual administration.
- Support campaigns across email, paid media, webinars and remarketing. Set up assets, audiences and UTMs, check lead flow and monitor budgets and performance.
- Keep inbound enquiry statuses up to date and check that HubSpot reports and dashboards provide reliable data.
- Help set up and monitor HubSpot AI agents, reviewing outputs, checking accuracy and flagging improvements.
- Run webinar and event operations as programmes launch, including registration, reminders, attendee and no-show follow-up, lead imports and post-event nurture.
