The role is to support the smooth and efficient running of our private services, ensuring patients receive a high end customer experience. As part of a team, this role ensures patients are welcomed and looked after and that all administrative duties are performed in a professional, timely and accurate way.

You will be expected to:

  • Book in patients for London based site and any other sites with private practice, discussing services and products with patients and consultants.
  • Answer all correspondence that comes in, via email, post and telephone calls in a timely fashion.
  • Liaise with consultants and clinicians to develop service culture and clinician satisfaction.
  • Liaise with patients to develop service culture and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage clinic diaries and ensure that appointments run to time liaising with consultants, patients and support team.
  • Manage systems and data enquiries, supporting expedient resolution.
  • Implement process changes, and support roll out to all services/sites.
  • Support data reporting processes.

The Candidate

To be considered for our Patient Coordinator role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Essential: Experience of working in a health care setting.
  • Experience of working with private consultants and private patients.
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills.
  • Desirable: Awareness of neurological conditions, like dementia.
  • International experience/being bilingual.

Package

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience.
